I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures and super comfortable and clean. The service was outstanding, with staff who were well trained, always had a smile, attentive to details, and offered assistance whenever needed. The location was excellent, with a kind and perfect staff. However, the dining experience could have been better with more variety, especially for halal food. Overall, a wonderful experience despite some minor dining limitations.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, making it easy to access top attractions and fantastic dining options. The rooms offered a mix of spaciousness and amenities, although there was a slight issue with a leak that affected my coffee-making experience. The service was outstanding, with a team of friendly staff members always ready to assist and provide recommendations. Dining was a highlight, especially the variety and freshness of the buffet. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor maintenance concerns.

Although located on the 16th floor, there was some noise due to the nearby royal executive lounge and ongoing construction site. The service provided by the staff like Tukta, NJ, Lisa, Chef Aon, Kao Por, Nuii, Down, Jimmy, Zoom, Oat, Naay, and Orn, was particularly superb, and the breakfast room offered a wide variety of international buffet options. The location is very convenient, close to multiple dining options and with easy access to transportation, making it great for exploring the city. The facilities overall were satisfactory, though there were notes of missing finer details like homemade ice cream.

The JW Marriott is a great choice for families, offering exceptional service and an awesome location near the BTS Skytrain and shopping centers. The rooms are neat and tidy but could benefit from some renovations. Dining at the JW Cafe and the Executive Lounge is a treat, especially during Happy Hours, with delicious food prepared by Chef Jimmy and Oat. The service, particularly at the Executive Lounge, was top-notch, with Honey and the team being exceptionally helpful and attentive. The facilities overall are convenient and the location earns top marks for its accessibility and outstanding breakfast and lunch options.
